Just remembered a Fry's story. A local Fry's had several employees get in big trouble after black Friday this year. It seems that they were approaching customers who were waiting in the VERY long line to check-out (I think it was something like 2 hours from some people) and selling them a place at the head of the line. They claimed it was a management directive, but I don't think that went over.
That sucks. They forget about families with more than one child.
There were apparently a number of other oversights this year. Some of the kids on my team are from all the way across town. The plan in the past had always been to try to group kids by zip code, so that people would be more likely to have practices near where they lived. At least half the families on the team were from the outer reaches of the area the team draws from -- some to the south, some the east, and some the north. 
We can't be the only team that was put together like that.
