Mooooo!

Sorry to see that you're not happy with your 1-4 Perm. No 100-400 meeting in the middle of the atlantic for you then :p

I'm leaving today to spend the weekend at some friends. No photography involved this time...

I think it is very important to put down the camera from time to time and have fun without it...

Oh, you're meeting Jamie? Cool. :D Yeah, yesterday it looked like it was goig to rain in the evening, but today it's quite good weather. Sunny from what I can see and I don't think it'll be too warm either. He won't be starting until 14.30 (2.30pm) and I still haven't figured out where I'm gonna stand and watch. Somewhere in the city centre, but it'll be jampacked with people... Good thing I'm bringing my 80-200, camera and big lenses usually makes people more prone to move out of my way...hehehe

Yepper...having a big lens helps!

I understand that Jamie has flat Puddle and flat Permie with him...Jennifer has flat Stanley from TPBM and I guess that leaves me to take pictures. hehehe

I'm hoping to get some nice shots of people on the street. I don't even know if I'll end up spotting D! Hopefully, but you never know.

Get togethers! How fun!

Sorry to hear about the lens, Lisa. Come here and I'd let you try my 1-4 today. It's looking bad for soccer this morning, maybe the other kid this afternoon. My 1-4 seems great at 400mm already. I shot my street signs, can't post or you'll know where I live, and handheld. Clear in bright light, so I'm thinking it's a good copy. It's a different creature, that 1-4 than my beautiful 70-200 2.8 IS. But I think I'll take both to the game today and see what I get.

Show us some 1-4 shots when you get back, Suzy.:)

Looks like lots of outings around here today, looking forward to new wall hangings later today.
