Hey Mark. I am so sick of the wedding photos. I threw out about 400 of the 1200 I shot but the pp is a drag. Especially since my flash died (outside and I was unaware of it).
Tomorrow I shoot senior pictures.........

Oh that sounds like fun. I couldn't imange pp that many photos. one of the reasons I don't do weddings. good luck with it. If it seems that you are processing files that look the same you know it's a time for a break. :)

I must admit that I am not much of a tulip fan, but I believe you are right with that.

aka that is why I haven't said many comments about the photos of the tulips.

Photographs are records of life. Pity they don't make music when you put them in a record player. :p

.

Usually, the PP is quick and easy....a crop, one pass of contrast and USM. Now on any of the important dark shots, I have to go in and adjust all the gamma levels. Then burn the background. Yuck.

On a Tuesday. Yeah. I don't think I'll be popping on over to Portland during lunch.

I was looking over their site, and the Tulip contest grand prize is an XSi. I had no idea that Canon shoved 12.2 mp on that 1.6x sensor.

I tend to ramble. Feel free to put me on ignore.

I thought maybe Scott would, though. :)

Yeah, that XSi has a lot of features. If, by some miracle, I were to win, I'd probably take the store credit.

Oh, definitely the store credit. That was sweet. It was like a shopping spree. "Ooo, and I want this, and this, and one of those...." :D

Which shot are you going to submit? You have until 31MAY.
