Adorama has advertised a Slinger for laptops, but I haven't seen much on it. Jon

But, to me, the notebook side of things leaves a lot to be desired. First off, it seems it was made for an ultra compact notebook (like one of the new IBM Thinkpads, the Viaos, or the 12" Powerbook). My Dell Inspiron 2650 has a TOUGH time slidin down in there. It's not the heighth or the width that's the problem...but the depth. It's just SO narrow...my mid-thinkness Notebook barely slides in (matter of fact one of the looser rubber feet came off when I slid it in because it was so tight). FlipsidE

I gave up on the "put the laptop in the same bag" idea. I just ordered the Pelican PESB 1550 from B & H. While I was there I figured that I better thro in a 1 gig cf card........just in case I don't have the laptop with me and I need to shoot more pics!!!!!! Now all I have to do is wait for that to get here, wait for the 100 - 400 to get here and rob the piggy bank so I can get a 10 - 22............... Some pics here - http://pbase.com/sjh
