Hello,

Silly me... I was using normal tissue paper to clean my Canon 100/f2.8 macro lens. Yeah, I thought I could get away with it. Dumb rookie mistake. Needless to say, it produced lots of lint and now some of the dust got stuck on the inside of the lens.

So far, there appears to be no effect but it's bugging me a lot to see dust that I cannot clean. Arrrgh!!

Does anyone have an idea much it'll cost if I have Canon or another place to have it cleaned?

Thanks,

James
