sweet 16 help

i am going to be shooting a sweet 16 at the end of may, and the family wants to do a photo shoot of her and her parents before the actual event...does anyone have any images i can see on how to pose them and such to just give me an idea? should i use fill flash? i have a 380ex...how do i set it up for fill flash on the xti and do i have to mess with the flash exp. comp.?

The only way I would shoot that is on manual so I controlled what the exposure was & how the fill worked with it. Read these & run some tests for yourself:
