Doing some urgent research for a college course. Its based around musicians so any good rock photgrphers would be of value but my main aim is to create dark shadowy portraits and I need to research some photographers. I've already looked at Karsh and there are some great shots there but if anybody knows of anyone doing really dark and mood portraits it would be a big help to me.I've attached a file of one of my own to give you an idea of where i'm going.
Thanks

Google the word "chiaroscuro". Numerous links to help you out.
