I have read about a lot about people having problems with batteries in their cameras so I wanted to pass along a great find (for me anyways). When I bought my S5 last summer I purchased, from a local grocery store (Publix) some cheap rechargeable batteries. I was to impatient to wait and just bought what they had. Turns out they have been great. I am still on the same set for the camera. I recently purchases a 430 EX and also bought another set for it. I did a session last weekend from about 10-2, using the flash quite a bit and then used the camera and flash on and off all week. Still havent gotten a low battery signal on either.
They are Duracell 1800mAh NiMH batteries. The charger and 4 batteries are about $15.00 (the charger is black and the batteries are black and green).
Anyway, just wanted to pass along this find!
