I found when I photographed this all the finger marks appeared that I thought I had wiped off.

Are you talking about the latest Alpinist (SPB199J1)? I am not a big fan of Cyclopes lens over the date window, so I would pass on that one. I do like the 2019 version (SPB089), but it is almost impossible to find for a reasonable price.

Yes, that's the one - but not available - only 2020 made.
I liked the hands on your SARB017 - I think it is an SARB017 and I prefer a leather strap and, they don't seem to cost an arm and a leg.
I do not like the date window at all. Too much bother to set it up - that's the reason I got the Milgauss - no date to fiddle with. I've got a gold Rotary but it has a battery compartment problem. I must either get it fixed by the maker or get a new one.
