Since I found the camdapter (www.camdapter.com (external link)), I use both a neck strap and hand strap. I use an UpStrap neck strap. The pad absolutely will not slip. A bit heavy when it's hot and no mesh or anything to breathe but the best solution I've found. The camadapter is not as good as the E-1 (well, not as comfortable, personal opinion), but way better than other solutions I've tried.

I've tried quite a few different neck and hand straps, but these are the best (for me) I've found.
