Just shot my first track meet with 40D. Cloudy day made it a challenge. CC is welcome.

Used the following for pole vault:
ISO: 400
Exposure: 1/1000 sec
Aperture: f/7.1
Focal Length: 50mm

I switched to the 70-200 L/2.8 and different exposures because of conditions and events.
