i like it... good lighting, clean and sharp... maybe play around with the composition to make the shot more interesting...

First post.

Not a rig shot, but lots of motion and humor, so I just had to post it.

I'm still waiting on "rig version 2.0" parts to come in:)

^double that^

Looks really good. I noticed a few people tend to shoot where the pole will land in a blown out area which makes post a lot easier/quicker. Seems the same effect is obtained with the bushes here (or is my assumption way off and it was still a PITA in post?).

thanks! the bushes are def a PITA in post. i just tried different flows and opacitys to blend it all but its hard to get the blurred bush (actually trees as still life not bush) look consistent and get the coloration right. before i edited the rig out i edited the image and the sky blew out which made the top 3rd easier to clone out. its definitely going to take a tooon of test shots to learn how things look in motion.

Quick question, I am ordering my rig setup here soon, but i need a lens recommendation.
I have a t3i body, I see a lot of 10-20 or 10-22mm lens. What would you recommend for a great wide lens i could use for my rig set up and also some portraits. Looking a good budget lens, under 500. Im stuck with my kit lens as of now.

Have you taken any test shots with the kit lens?

No not yet on a rig. I'm wanting to get a lil wider lens so i can keep the rig a lil shorter and keep down on some of the bounce. Also I think the 10mm will open up more shoot angle possibilities.
