The composite works really well with the light through the clouds matching the highlights on the hood and windscreen. Well done.

So jealous of all these new rig shots. It's about warm enough for me to come out of hiding, just have to find a cool car to get my rig on again.

Looks good man, especially with being from the side (hard to pull off). Add some contrast to it, really make it pop, could be a winner!

Hey Andrew,
i got some questions for you. I can't PM you cause i haven't posted here enough.
You recommended the 17mm Tokina lens. I finally got one from Japan. How do you attach filters to it. I used to use Cokin slide in filters. Due to the lens hood being non removable should i just buy a screw-in ND100?

Also have you ever done motorcycle rolling sots?

Im thinking of building some sort of camera mount for the tow hitch (much lower than the tow hitch) and put a camera there have the camera attached, then the motorcycle following and spray and pray.

Yeah, it takes just the normal screw-on filters, just make sure to get the slim versions so you can stack them if necessary.

I have never done a motorcycle rig shot, but I know a few guys that have. It usually just requires that you think about things a bit, and instead of using the cups, use clamps to clamp to the body.

I usually outside in bright sunlight so i got a ND1000.
I wonder if it will be too much. I also need to get a CPL.

Of i can ask a friend with a water jet machine to cut the hood off the lens for me and then I can use my cokin filters. (last option)

why would you use a waterjet to cut off the lens hood? that sounds like the worst way in the world to do it.

A small hacksaw blade or a dremel style tool?

High pressure water and lenses don't mix...?

Also, the Tokina takes screw on filters, why are you cutting anything at all?! Just buy the correct filter.

Have no idea what that is...but that Ubolt is 3/8 or 1/2..That is capable of unbelievable force.
I would think of a more "soft" attachment for my gear..and then that brings me back to the what it is for -?
