Thanks Buddy!

Standard suction cup rig. I will try and post some tomorrow.

Hehe yeah the angle and style pretty much gave it away as hood or roof based suction cup set up. Still looks great.

Got my cups and clamps in on friday so i went out and got the pole and other things needed. Put it together and tried it out in the garage today since my car is snowed in and its still snowing so everything else outside is covered in it.

here's some test shots in the garage. iso 100 f11 5 second shutter

nice tests!
I'm from Brazil and new here. I'm amazing with the variety and quality of these rig shots.
I'd like to know if somebody here can tell me anything about magnetics rig mount. I have doubts about how strong statics and rigid it is.

I pretend buy this magneticis: http://kjmagnetics.com/proddetail.asp?prod=MM-D-60 (external link)

What is the length of the pole used?

Fantastic shots for 1st timer... or you have tried other rigs before? Regardless... that's what rig shot suppose to look like.

For those of you that have used the 10ft EMT pole from Home Depot what have you added for more length? I have the 10 foot pole but I would like another 2 feet or so.

Is there any sort of adapter?

Thanks guys!

nope this is the first time i've tried any sort of rig shot. the garage shots were the first time ever using the rig and then the ones of the silver Z a couple posts up are the first time using it on an actual shoot and stuff. i was really happy with how they came out.

I think I'm going to bite the bullet and get some suction cups when the funds come around. I'd like to have both setups (under and suction).
