I see Sigma4Less.com has it for $409. Never bought anything from that place so I don't know how good it is.

Is there anywhere else with a comparable price (or better?)

That is about the best I have seen. And yes, they are a good place to buy from by most reports here.

Sigma 4 Less is reliable,but you pay for product + shipping,it's not free.A quote for a 40D was $34 for shipping.
I bought from Beach Camera and I will use them again for my next purchace.
