Enjoyable 3 hours spent watching the family, mum and babies staying within the same 100 square yards and never venturing far from cover.Dad meanwhile always on the go, returning every 10 to 15 minutes with a fish.

Dawn,
same birds ......all taken at Westport, i`m about 15 minutes from the lake, excellent place for flight shot practice and a good variety too.
Pitty about the vandals or so called bird lovers ( " Friends of Westport "........... friends thats a laugh ! ) who have cut back all the overgrowth on the second to top pond just to get rid of the Kingfishers !
Just cos people with cameras found them !
