I just have had my camera for 2 weeks and was using a 70-200mm L lens for a Middle School Tennis game. Here are some shots C&C please! http://flickr.com/phot​os/25805247@N04/ (external link) first 1 and a half pages. I just wanted to note that all these pictures had to be taken through a fence.

You don't want to include any pictures in your post? People don't click on links all too often here. It's real easy if you have them hosted on flickr.

1st of all tennis pictures whitout any tennis ball in there... try to catch ball next time...

Well, any great coverage would include both the venue setting plus ones not quite so close to the players (and those would include the ball), PLUS some expression shots like you have. Perhaps ones from the other side of the net with the net showing, etc. These are great, but get old quick. Simple, straightforward compositions without any variance gets redundant after a few photos. Try some different angles and maybe back off a bit...

If all you wanted was fun pictures, then you did OK. But for getting some good action pictures...Its practice...practice...​.and more practice.
