my screen has a line on the image. I can see it at 400 iso and up! What is it!? Should I send it to canon?

Had the guy there try to tell me I have to give it to there (Repair department) in calgary! I said uuuhh you mean canon at so and so street. He wouldnt budge and I had told him I bought it yesterday still no budge. Then the girl who sold it to me walk over not hearing our conversation immediately told the guy that she is grabbing another one for exchange! I dont mind sending my gear for repair or service but when its a day old its another thing! Todd Kwiczak
