I learned that you need to take 100's of pics in hopes of getting a few really good shots. I was also using AI Servo and I used the slower burst mode. I just had to experiment with different setting until I got the look I wanted. Practice on strangers so that when your family is out there you will have your settings exactly how you want it. 80D, Canon 17-55mm f/2.8, Canon 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6, Canon 50mm f/1.4, Canon 70-200mm F/4L,Tokina 11-16 f/2.8, Canon 100-400 f/4.5-5.6, Kenko 1.4 TC, Canon 580 exII Speedlite, ebay wireless trigger, Genesis 3 light kit

The carts may not go very fast, but I bet chimping and trying to work on the exposure would take too long. 10 seconds? Not if you take the time to distill the process down to this: FrankC - 20D, RAW, Manual everything...
