LOVING IT. Absolutely loving it!

7 images stitched together? Is that what you said?

Fantastic work.

Thanks for all of the positive comments guys. This is one of the pictures that makes me feel that I'm making some kind of progress with my photography, so to get such good reviews is great :)

The second one looks much better. I was on "The Rock" myself in September, and I thought is was a much better place to shoot from than the ESB. I have some nice shots, but yours are great. Thanks for sharing.

Mike

Hi Mike, thanks for the feedback. Totally agreed; ESB was nice but the Rock was a much better experience all around, especially since they're doing a lot of renevation work at the ESB. Definitely worth the money to go up there and there's lots to see/do.

Dave, I guess I'm probably wrong, but I like the first version,(noise aside), it has more of a "drop-off" feel for me.I know the other guys were correct technically, but emotionally the first one gets my vote. Either version would be on my wall in a minute, good luck,Steve B.

I do kinda know what you mean about that... somehow it just looks a little more natural. If it weren't for the odd pillars I think I would have left it as is, but it's a bit more evened up now.

As a matter of fact I've ordered a print of the second pic so we'll see how it turns out :)

Yeah, 7 is a bit odd I know but that's what came out of it. I started by doing the top 4 from which you get a pretty ordinary panorama. But by taking another 3 below the first 4 I got the distortion effect which just added something to it.
