I looked at the exif data: says you shot at 1/50th and at iso 3200 with f5

Given this, I'd say the pic is good. It's a difficult shot with these conditions. Any more?

Did you use a tripod?

I didn't have a tripod with me. I was basically walking along in a crowd of people at Disney World, looked up, saw this shot and just clicked and kept walking. I couldn't stop and setup the camera due to timeing. So i am thinking for the conditions it's actually a pretty cool shot.
