Gary nice shots...on the 2nd shot i would have left the batters leg in the pic or is that the end of the frame?

Thanks; yes unfortunately it is the end of the frame. Was actually centered on the catcher and cropped out the ump. Here's the next 2 of the 3 shots from the series.

Unfortunatly you got the pitcher from the wrong side. From behind the backstop or his pitching side would have exposed his face and the emotion of pitching. Also watch your horizon line. The shot of the catcher is good, but unless I am shooting for the parents of the catcher it is just not very interesting, especially with the cut off leg. I like the last shoot of the catcher and I think if you cropped tight landscape from the waist up and isolate the catcher that it might pop. What I do find interesting is the umpire, he must be 4 feet behind the catcher. I don't know how he can call balls and strikes from there. Very poor technique on his part.

Keep shooting and post again.
