Jody Bevan, Gloucester born and bred scores an unstoppable half volley after turning on a sixpence in the dying minutes of what could be his last game for the club...

So (according to that second image), Robbie Keane's been transferred, has he? :p

And for the sake of all involved... WHICH club? I'm assuming 'Gloucester' - but 'Gloucester Rovers', 'Gloucester United', or 'Gloucester Blue Jays''?

I've almost thought Jody bore more than a passing resemblance to Robbie Keane but everyone calls him Sneer (external link) :D

And the answer is in my sig, Gloucester City

Haha turning on a sixpence is the UK equivalent of turning on a dime? ;) I never thought of that.

Were the shots behind the net taken with a remote camera setup? I'd be interested to hear/see your setup.
Thanks
Mike

Yes they were.

It's my 20D body with a Sigma 15mm fisheye prime lens.
I have pocketwizards on both my 40D and the 20D so fire both at the same time although the fps is slower on the 20D.

The 20D is also overexposed and set to F11 AV.

Any more info needed I'll be happy to help :)

Stuck in the past, we are.

The sixpence ceased to be a sixpence on February 15th 1971, and became worth 2.5 NEW pence. It ceased to be legal tender a short while after that.

Still, perhaps that's just me approaching something from the 'half-crown' side. :p
