nice shots i have the same camara and lens XT and 70-200 IS .what the trick to get nice basketball shots like yours .when i shoot basketball most of my shots are out of focus

well if you spot focus you can do middle point focus only and that will help. I recently started doing that and it's worked out great for me. They're way better than when I first started shooting basketball.
