I have just noticed within the last hour that BH Photo has risen their prices on several items. Truthfully all that I have looked at are the super telephoto lenses. Canon 300 f/2.8 $200, Canon 400 f/2.8 $300, Canon 500 f/4 $300, Canon 600 f/4 $400. A few of the 70-200s have changed also. That however is the limit to what I knew the prices were prior to the change.

Bummer, I was waiting for the rebates to purchase a lens, but now I'll be holding off for a while.

Tempting, although I wouldn't know what to do to convince my wife.

Well I would like to get a 400 f/2.8, but the fact that I am 16 and don't have a job at the moment doesn't really help my dream of getting one. Plus it isn't first in line either.

All these are based on B&H pricing and from just a few of what I have ordered in the last couple of weeks and their old regular pricing.
100-400 = 3.5% increase
70-200 2.8L = 8.5% increase (Nothing on the IS version of that yet. Still $1699)
24-70 = 4.5% increase
100mm 2.8 macro=no change
17-40 = 3% increase
10-22 = 3% increase

The 135L is $935. Does anyone know if they raised the price on this one as well?

Looking for a 35L myself. So did you pay $1,119 for it at BH?

Okay, someone over at dpreview put together a comprehensive list of BH's price hikes:
