as the title says i need a point and shoot, but the thing is i dont really care if its canon or not i just need something that is small compact and light. because this summer i am planning on backpacking in the mountains and most likely there is going to be rock/mountain climbing river crossing so im goin to need something that is water resistant and tough for around $250. if anyone has any advice please let me know but i would like to stay with either canon, nikon, or olympus and maybe pentax
