I was at a local minor league baseball game and thought I would test out the Mark III at 6400 ISO in real world situations. I was pleased with the results:

I'm so close I should just fork over an extra grand for one... Just wish the mkIII's had the beautiful 640x480 3" LCD from the D300/D3 instead of the current ones. If they had that, I'd be sold.
