The easiest way to handle it is with a Smugmug or Zenfolio account. Upload the photos...give people the website address and let them buy what they want. You set the price...you can build in a little profit or big one....they do the rest of the work for you...the sales should cover the cost of the website...and it gives you a nice place to show off your other work to family and friends.

Charge them. If you ever decide you want to make it a business they already know they have to pay. It's hard to make paying customers from people who are used to getting things for free.
