anybody know if THIS
is compatible with a Canon 300D?

Just because a flash is compatible with a 20D or later model EOS camera does not mean that it will be compatible with a 300D or even a 10D, both of which require a sync trigger voltage of 6 volts or less. The 20D and later models support up to 250 volts. ...Leo
