Have any of you tried the Sunpak PZ40X II flash? The size would be much more appropriate for the G9 then my current Canon 550 EX

I have the pz40x for more than a year. It`s a simple flash easy to use but very little manual controls. Now i´ve got the canon 430ex i can tell you that the 430ex blows it away. I use the sunpak as a second flash.
