2 men?

Sorry, there would be 2 men in the picture if it weren't for those pesky two women in dresses blocking my view.

I like the title - very surrealistic - though I think that "Coolio and Florence Henderson looking at a Duck Billed Platypus" would be more accurate.

On to the shot - It would be fine (well exposed, well focused, well composed, etc), except there is one glaring issue that makes it a clunker. It's all in black and white except the dresses are in color.

Dude (or Dudette, as the case may be) - the title shows that you have at least some creativity and a flair for irony. Why waste it on a processing that is soooo horribly derivative. For God's sake man, even freaking Steven Spielberg* used selective coloring. And that was fifteen years ago!

If you are going to grab me with a very clever title, then don't subject me to something so pedestrian as selective color. Show me in the shot/processing the creativity that the title tells me you've got. Make it yours.

Some truths are harsh.
I'll wager the ladies like the selective coloring.;)
I do like the photo, it has a timeless feel to it.

some folks just can't take a joke. You and your twin, the one with the beard, look darlin.

I think that he meant "those ladies", not the universal "the ladies".

But I'm with you - there is no photograph so ugly that it can't be made worse by selective coloring.

I really don't care for SC mostly, but if the subject wants it, I'll do the best I can.
Let's see this photo with-out the coloring.
