Awesome! I'm curious to see what they took as well, and how many of your submissions got rejected.

They took only one shoot. But it's a start. Now I just have to concentrate on making the same type of quality shots.

I thought they had to take 3 for you to be accepted, or did I misunderstand something?

Very nice. Congrats as well. I'm building up my photos (and practicing much more) before I try to submit anything to them. Good luck on selling as well!

Thanks. I hope it picks up and it sells a couple here and here, but I'm not holding my breath. It took me almost 15 photos before I got in. But you have to submitt them as TIFFS.

Do you have to do any renaming etc within the TIFF or can you just convert and send?

Nice, Adam. One is better than none. When is the next weekend model shoot? haha. Oh, I also applied at model mayhem...let's see what happens. When you signed up, I assume you sent them 4 pics, but, how long did it take them to say you were accepted there? I've been waiting a couple of days...but, it's OK...I'm patient.

Yes, the jpeg compression kills the shot...but, oh well...that's what web sized pics have to deal with. In Tiff format, that picture above is huge.

Tiffs...just convert and send. When you upload them, they ask for a 'caption' of the shot...and that's what 'really' matters.

Your right, one is better than none. Don't know when the next model shoot is. But the one from Friday has a few over in the G&N section. It took almost 2 weeks for me to get approved. I have one model I signed up after the shoot one day and she's still not approved and it's been a month...but she doesn't check her email that often,,,,she's a partier.

Tell me some more, of what you've learned, over at MM.

Well lets see. Models can be very flakey, forward and demanding. I started out doing nothing but TF shoots in the begining. Now most of my shoots are paid. But if they are a TF shoot, it has to involve some type of bennifit for me and the model. Like print, commercial, magazine, wen or clothing line. Those are my exceptions. TFP, TFCD (TIME FOR PRINT, TIME FOR CD).

Also you will get a fair share of models that will demand that you pay them and hey have only begun to model in the last couple of months and are building their port. So beware of those. The really young ones that just turned 18 are sometimes the worst. But not always. There is so much I have learned there, it's so ridiculous.

You will have the makeup artisits and photogs alike commetn on your work as well. Just produce quality images and you'll be on the way in no time. But working with people on a consatnt basis wears on you after awhile. SO I do take breaks quite often from the modeling world of photography.

Yeah, I'd only do it on weekends, or evenings. Can't spare the weekday time, unless it's absolutely necessary.

I suppose you have to get approved, first, in order to be able to post there, correct? What were the four images you sent them, if you don't mind my asking?

Been so long I don't remember what I sent in. Think it was beach shots.
