No, however, their AF units are both quieter and quicker than both Tamron lenses and Sigma non-HSM lenses. IMO the Tokina AF mechanism is also better than any micro-USM lens I've used.

When zooms first came out many were 2X zooms. Quite a small range by today's standards. I own 2 of those. 11 to 16 is quite a difference in FOV anyway. GEAR LIST
