Several big no no's here.
1) way to much use of foreground thats not exposed properly.
Always, if you underexpose the fore, crop for the aft. To include both at near thirds is ugly.
2) Focus
You focused on the tree, it is not really the main subject.
3) Focus Failure.
The clouds were the main subject of the matter here. You failed to focus on them. The tree foreground could have been forgiven if you had focused on the clouds. However, there wasn't that much action to make it exceptional, tho the colors are nice.
4) Compression
You over compressed your photo. It shows banding in the sky at a high rate. An acceptable file is 200k and up, depending on hosting. Your file is a mere 42 k . Up the compression rate to 200k or better and it would get rid of the banding.
5) Crop
Crop out that foreground and the top of the sky and just leave enough of the foreground and above the skyline of the clouds to improve this photo 100%
