I don't know much sports, but I never seen "U" written as "u".

in aau the ages are 11u 12u 13u and so on.. its means 11under 12under and on and on.. that is the way we do it here anyways

can you mask out the background in the image. the background in the image don't flow with the background of the poster

I like the concept but agree, mask out the background of the main photo and then blend it into the poster using some shadows so they do not look like they are floating. We know how much people do not like floating cutouts.:lol: You did a nice job here.

Yes, cut out the people/group shot. Also add a black drop shadow to all the large white text (with an off-set & soft blur)
