Alright guys,

Just curious if you guys use different styles of model releases? Say for those doing TFCD or TFP type arrangements, where you agree with the model how many pics you will be giving etc. right down to how much share of the profit if you sell the images on.

If you are shooting a paid portrait for instance, do you use a similar type of T&C's and contracts with regards to model release? Or do you literally just state that by paying the photographer for a shoot, they are entering a binding contract that said pics are copyright to the photographer and he can use them as he pleases for promotion etc?

Im not quite sure how to word it for paid portrait work.

I give copyright releases for paid shoots so that it's clear that I own the copyright however it's ok for the said person/persons to have unlimited prints and if the model is working with me for a project I do a model release with TFP in the statement as payment.

Oh wait, you addressed guys....was I not supposed to answer? :) tehehe j/k
