What mode to use for little league baseball

What mode do you use for little league. camera is a 1D mk ll and the lens 70-200 2.8 and what shutter speeds do you use

uhm manual? that's how you would get the most out of your settings. leave your aperture at 2.8 and balance out the meter with the shutter speed. shoot away. that's the best i have

Manual or AV...M you obviously have more control, there's a lot of posts on this subject. Noone can tell you the settings as who knows what kind of light you'll get. f/2.8 to isolate players and higher the shutter the more you freeze.

I usually shoot manual and spot meter off the grass. If there are patchy clouds or half the field is shaded then use AV mode.
