1 Month ago my sons Midget Major hockey team WON the 18U Tier II National Title in Amherst NY. (Near Niagra Falls).

I came up with a quick idea for a poster. Wanted to know what you all thought?

All C&C Greatly Appreciated!

Thanks!

do you have the font of their jerseys.

i would suggest using that font, the current font is too playful.

also, i suggest changing the background to a hockey related image.

I am curious how you blended the team photo onto the background...

Thanks for the replies...

My idea was that since we won near Niagra, I'd use the falls in the background (and yes, I took that photo of the falls with some of the guys present. Trying to link the Championship with the location.)

Appreciate the feedback...

two things that caught my eye... I would straighten the horizon on the falls and the text also runs uphill.

And maybe pull the shadows out a bit more on the jerseys.. 15%-18% or so.

I also agree on a font change. The first "C" makes it look lower case with this font
