Family Photos

I have release forms for both adults and minors, however is there anyway to make it easier for family photos? I have two events scheduled that are more like family reunions and will feature a dozen and three-dozen people respectively. I've thought about coming up with a release and stating something along the lines of:

I hereby warrant that I am of full age and have every right to contract for myself and for any minors that I am the parent or legal guardian of and that may also be included, in whole or in part, with any images that I am also included in, in the above regard. I state further that I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement, prior to its execution, and that I am fully familiar with the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

How does everybody else do release forms for family portraits? Thanks

Nobody does family portraits? Even if you can just answer this: Do you have each person fill out a form for themselves and their minors? Or do you have one form and get everybody to sign that one?

I use a form for each person.
