I just got myself one! Lashing it down here so havent really tried except for ISO 1250 shot which came up great in Nik software dfine.

Im used to 1D sports model so I was reluctant to shell out for a 5D. Im sure they are great and all but I think this was so the right choice for me....
Totally blemish free and under 5500 actuations. Looking forward to using it

Im blown away with the images although unfortunately I have a very dirty sensor that I have tried blowing etc. Anyone recommend a good off the shelf cleaning solution please?

I always use the rocket blower first than a sensor pen if that does not work and only then use the wet clean but so far the pen has done very well.

Hi - I have a 1ds but I'm fairly new to it! Just a quick question - I have the custom functin enabled to allow 100% magnification playback. But it zooms in to a particular part of the image - is there any way to move around the image @ 100%? And if not, does this really bother anyone?

Thanks

1ds...50mm f1.8...85mm f1.8...135mm f2 plus several flashes and bits of kit!

After you zoom, hold SELECT and spin big wheel :)

High all, Ive only had this camera a month now, but i must say i absolutely love it.
It has just the right feel to it when in use (well compared to my 400d), and i know its slow compared to the latest greatest out there, but i don't really do sports. The only thing i need now (apart from more photography skills) is better glass, but hey ho i will have to stick with my cheapy sigma's and my nifty fifty.
But here's some images i've taken with it.
