Well done, it is a beautiful place and a great job showing it off. I have visited the Southbank three times and love it at night. I have a shot with a similar view to #2. Enjoy your city.

It's not actually illegal to take pics there.. there may be signs but they have no legal power as there is no legislation. The cops won't be wasting their time trying to enforce something unenforceable, anyway.. If they want to do something useful there, get rid of the drunken yobbos.

haha im not to sure about that, i know that the wedding photographer i work with gets clients who want shots there all the time, but can't do it due to the issues of photography around south bank..

its a true joke in my opinion, south bank is a great area, looks great, so they stop artists from being able to use it, and promote it to the rest of the world because of "terrorists" ... pfft.

Ask anyone that pulls you up what law, regulation or supplementary regulation you are breaking .. there is none. As far as I am aware photography is not actually illegal anywhere except some Commonwealth land. Sure, you can be ejected from private property and things like that ( the casino itself for instance ) but actually illegal ?? nope. It's the power of bluff.
Anyway, it's up to the individual... I am not giving legal advice but I will be taking pictures there whenever I want, it's such a great area for it !
