It's a good picture of a classy pair of shoes - but I can't make much more than that out of it.

I think it would serve as decorative, given the right milieu.

It may be more acceptable as a Sepia Toned print.

They are worn out salsa shoes. The blurred out background is composed from various fliers advertising salsa events.
