Absolutely fantastic shots!! I have found one advantage to shooting on a crappy day like that is not having to worry about shadows cast by the bill of their caps. You can capture beautifully exposed photos with no blown hi-lites or dark faces as you have done with these.......Thanks..........Jonh

Kid in #3 has body parts going every which way.

Thanks Ronnie, that's exactly what I thought of the kid's style.

Chris, I looked and looked and can't find anything to crit on these. Awesome awesome work. Were you kneeling on the first few. Almost seems like your perspective is lower than that even.

Hey, any word on your trip out this way?

Thanks Scott. It will be later this summer, I have to replace the Indians game in my schedule. Maybe I'll hit the Aero's or Mudhens instead.

Thanks John, I always enjoy viewing your work. Your right about shooting in crappy weather but I think that's the only advantage.

These are absolutely fantastic, Chris! Ever one's a baseball card and/or 8x10. I know your client, parents and players are thrilled. I'm on the road again -- Vero Beach Saturday, Jupiter Sunday, Tampa tonight and Ft. Myers tomorrow night -- too much driving but the FSL top prospect shoot is almost complete :D.

Jerry ~ Baseball is a game where only defensive players handle the ball and offensive players who hit successfully in only one third of their at bats are among the best in the sport.

Chris - nice work. Did you use any "protection" on your 400 and MkII in the rain?

Thanks Jerry and have a good trip. Hopefully you'll have the MKIII and the 400/2.8 back soon

Thanks DW - I have a rain cover for it but I'm going to order one of those new fancy Think Tank Aquaphobia covers.

Chris - yeah, the HydroPhobia was what I was asking about. I knew you were considering one. Having used my AqauTech a few times this year, including one very wet night at The Cell, I'd like to consider a better option.

BTW, I still haven't quite recovered from Erin Andrews giving me a hug in the photo well the night you covered the Pale Hose for BA. Let's hear it for cold Chicago nights in April :)!

Again, great shots!
