This image was to dark but the best way to correct this was by increasing the contrast since, then, the dark background would not be effected too much. Also, required a lot of stamping to remove all of the junk around the model, along with the red eye. The above image is a fairly sloppy job of correction. Only you have the original which would be better for doing such post processing.
