I don't know anyway nice to say this, but it looks a bit cheesy to me. The youtube video doesn't help and and I don't think the banners will help either. The site has an impersonal fake feel to it. A darker background color might help as well.

Remember, this is just one mans opinion, perhaps your clients will love it. Good luck.

To be honest I would have to agree. There are a lot of great elements to it, I like the signature at the bottom. I like the logo and the menu bar. I think you need to focus on not having the youtube video on the front page, bury it farther in if you want it on there.

Just my opinion though, good luck.

The sports, spot news, creative... icons on the top of the page looks like they are links to your portfolio, but they aren't. Your pricing structures also seem a little complicated, but it may just be the layout.
You have an impressive client list, but there is no portfolio that I could find to show your work. That would be my priority on a business web page.
Most of your page looks very professional, but there are a few places the layout could use some work.

oh and +1 on move or get rid of the video.

Always happy to hear some critique

I agree regarding the video. Also the website has a lot of wasted space which most users probably won't be bothered by but I tend to prefer websites that don't have a lot of blank space around. The other main issue is that it takes too many clicks to get to your photos. A general rule of thumb in web design is that you will lose approximately 1/2 of your visitors with each link they need to click to find content. So after 3 or 4 clicks you've lost a very large amount of traffic. Try to get some featured images on the front page and make the rest of your galleries a maximum of two clicks from the front page (two clicks to the thumbnails that is).
