Does anyone have experiences with both of these lenses?
The 1.8 is less money, however no USM
Sure the extra money could be used towards the 10-22.
Or am I just going to upgrade to the 1.4 eventually.

msowsun "approx 8mm" More info | May 05, 2008 08:36 | #9 The Canon 1.4 is not ring type USM. It has a clutch system to allow Full Time Manual focus and this seems to be a weak point.
