I work for the very company whose equipment was locked/tagged out. Essentially the rules specify if the electrical cabinet is open, the equipment must be tagged out. Normally we cannot do this, because we're actually working on the equipment, testing and such. We have to follow the rules to the letter when the inspectors come. (I thought it was tagged out because we had the guard off so I could observe the board in relation to the print nozzle as it was printing on the board) But, no.
