I got this fruit/nut mix at Costco. I'd never had it before.

Tell me about these 'tartlets'.

tomorrow I'll photograph one...they are beautiful as well as tasty...about the size of a smallish salad plate (which is why I had half) kind of thick crust, slightly coated with chocolate, baked custard and topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries and their syrup....yeah...I'm hhopped up on sugar

Wellllll, Permie, this kind of post makes it very difficult to stay off sugar.. it would be so much fun to go to costco tomorrow and put a big dent in the bakery department..

She has to be licensed at 4 months. But that's just a tag.. her name, our name, our phone number. (I have some unresolved issues with lost dogs. Long story.)

Haven't tried either. This is our first year with a Costco membership. My best friend got us a membership for Christmas, LOL. We've only been a handful of times. It's so overwhelming, and you need an entire paycheck to shop there.

I make a dessert sort of like that. The one from Pampered Chef.....kiwi, oranges, strawberries, the sweet topping on a cookie crust....just can't remember the entire recipe.

Hi Mike. And I hear ya. I'm TRYING to avoid the ice cream in the freezer by eating dried fruit. It's kinda working. But not really. The ice cream is calling to me. *inserts ear plugs*

You'll love it...Costco that is. Be sure to get the cake one visit....but get some milk too. You're gonna need it. Try the chicken salad too....they sample it sometimes if you want to try it before buying.
