I should get one made for Minnie. Especially after yesterday's failed off-leash experiment in the field across the street. Then again, it'll probably be a long time before I feel brave enough to trust her outside without a leash clipped to her halter again... :(

Oh-oh.

costco cakes are the best...and the best combo is:

white cake
cream cheese frosting, a vanilla cheesecake filling ...luscious....heavenly....ymmmmmmm! Seriously, I could eat that til I exploded (which is why I DON'T buy it...no restraint!)

That sounds good.

I don't know what chicken salad you are talking about.

The one where the pre made food is at near the market. They make it out of the oven roasted chicken there.

It wasn't her fault. Another dog showed up and spooked her. I thought I'd never see Minnie again...

I really miss Ashley. Her natural reaction was to run toward me. Minnie's is to run away from me when she gets spooked... Sigh...

She'll learn. Did it take you a while to get her?

She's probably still craving.

Oh, and it wasn't just food stuffs.
You know that little box on the questionaire at the pediatricians office where they ask if your child eats any of the following: chalk, rocks, dirt, paper etc.

Yeah. You might want to see if there is a 'eats children' box. Just sayin.

Our pediatrician was well aware of the Pirate household oddities. :o

Now look what they put as the forcast :|
DRIER AIR...MORE STABLE... Storms are expected in our western counties, but shouldn't make it much farther east than Uvalde. There's a slight chance that a few showers survive, but expect mostly cloudy skies and cool temperatures overnight. Saturday and Sunday morning will be much cooler than seasonal average as mercury dips into the mid-to-upper 50s. Hope you have a great evening---BT

She'll learn. Did it take you a while to get her?

Not too long, fortunately. Maybe ten minutes. Once I finally caught her attention after we got well away from that other dog, she dug her heels in and ran toward me as fast as her little legs could carry her.

But, when she was running away, she was heading toward a very busy 50mph street. That's what worried me. We have to cross that street to get to the field, and I already know she has no respect for cars. She wouldn't hesitate to run across the street, no matter how much traffic there is...
