she sure is, my pics are a tad noisier than I wanted but flash would have been SO distracting and I was a few pews away shooting with the 70-200

HI MIKE!! Nice Shot Chris.

yes Deb I agree with supporting your local guy I've had some rude service there and they won't even attempt to price match. I've been the Englewood store, they are much smaller but still have decent stuff. I wanted to see a slingshot bag and they didn't have one when I called but said they could have one sent over from the other store if I wanted but then it turned out they had none in stock either way.

One from today.

What a little doll!!!!

Oh I so know your pain! No flash was allowed during the ceremony... sigh... but the P&S shooters in the church just fired away anyway...

she was wonderful throughout the whole thing. I know mama isn't going to like her chin in the above shot, anyone know how to fix that?

A little judicious cloning in PS and she'll never miss it!

That's a SWEET shot... love the lighting right on top of her precious little head... Ask the Chief about that chin.... He can make wrists appear.... I bet he could make a chin disappear ;)

no, no flash. I guess I should have asked about shooting something that is back-lit.

And preserving the background? Not without artificial lighting. Either expose for the subject and let the background fall where it may, use a tripod and shoot one of the subject and one of the background to be merged later, or use fill flash. Or go for a silhouette . . .

Cute!

Been dreaming for years. I am not sure we can pull it off but there is 8 acres adjoining the farm our horses are on that has been greatly reduced in sale price. It would be a dream for us to get it.

Well, good luck on that . . . sounds like it'd be the horse-owner's dream. Build a paddock right onto the farm and have 'em basically at home with someone else doing the "heavy lifting". {)#

Lower calorie intake, more exercise, go back in time.

We would move them to the back yard and put that monthly expense into the mortgage.

Yeah, that'd make a dent in it . . . Ann was only paying $250 for field board, plus the compulsory vet checks, etc.

I knew it was at least 2 . . . That's probably 1/3 the mortgage right there!

Since Hrannar died, Ann's been finding all sorts of other things to spend on. I just wish they didn't involve me spending on them too!
